The Client
Langate was proud to cooperate with Approved Admissions, a service for proactive coverage tracking in long-term care. This service automatically monitors changes in insurance providers’ data, such as Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO, and provides relevant information about insurance eligibility to prevent claim denials. Our team’s work on the Approved Admissions project involved creating a full-featured eligibility verification system that works on any device and enables data interchange across all healthcare IT platforms.
The Problem
Approved Admissions had an existing web portal that needed to be updated and better adapted for mobile devices. Users found it difficult to access and interact with the system on mobile, which was crucial given the growing reliance on smartphones and tablets. The client required a new design and a mobile-friendly interface where web-based functionalities could be transferred.
