Madison PG social recognition software is powered by Maestro, uniquely configurable cloud-based SaaS technology. Since the company often modernizes its product for better performance and compatibility, they wanted to move their version from AngularJS to Angular 9 which we successfully completed.
Every business has specific needs and sometimes they do not need all the features of the platform. Therefore, we created a multi-faceted architecture that allows the users of Madison PG to include or exclude features from the package which makes the product efficient and highly configurable.
In order to turn technology into a bonding tool, we have deployed activity streams via videos, messaging, audio, and likes for separate users or the whole company. The network feature helps team members to recognize each other, get updates on their milestones, and get to know them better.
Employees deserve to be noticed instantly. As soon as they do something great, their managers can generate any award type (points, gift cards, etc.) and send it to the well-performing person.
This feature allows managers to receive updates and notifications about professional and personal milestones such as promotions, work anniversaries, birthdays, family events to improve employee loyalty and increase the level of belonging in the organization.
Reporting and BI features that we have developed with the Madison PG team allow managers to easily collect data and measure the performance of individuals, teams, and the entire company. All the data is presented in graphs and charts and managers can personalize their dashboards as they wish.
This feature allows managers all over the world to manage awards: gift cards, points, merchandise, experiential awards, or charities. There are a variety of options to choose from and awards can be delivered anywhere.
This block has a lot of features such as real-time achievements, goals management, and regular check-ins. It helps to both connect managers and teams and build relationships within the teams.
Together with Madison PG, we have also created integrations with Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, and other applications.
