To thrive in this role, we’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 6+ years of Sales management experience and a strong background in the outsourcing IT  industry.

  • 6+ years of experience in selling services, preferably in the IT sector, with a focus on the Healthcare domain 
  • Understanding of the IT industry and services, knowledge of the Healthcare domain and its specificities
  • Possession of a well-established network of contacts in the relevant areas for work  
  • Experience in working with corporate clients (analyzing the business of corporate clients and identifying their needs)
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and promote the company's services at various events and in different regions
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to set ambitious goals, strive to achieve them, and not settle for mediocrity 
  • Ability to travel internationally, US visa preferred 



  • Active and Continuous New business hunting  and searching for new clients 
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the target industry and market  
  • Arrange and conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present company solutions 
  • Travel to meet clients in various regions, ensuring a strong presence in the target market 
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand connections and build relationships with potential clients 
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations to secure new business deals 
  • Work closely with the legal team to facilitate contract preparation and signing 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market development 
  • Use market insights to adapt strategies and identify opportunities for growth 
  • Willingness to mentor and the ambition to eventually manage a Sales team.
