Currently, we are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our team. This position could be fully remote.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful outbound lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- English level — Upper-intermediate at least (fluent written and spoken English);
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outbound lead generation strategies to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
- Plan and execute campaigns across various channels including email, social media, other digital channels and cold calling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets, including messaging, landing pages, and email templates.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates, lower cost per lead, and better ROI.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective lead management, adherence to MQL and SQL qualifications and follow-up.
